We’re delighted to announce that Bramble have obtained planning consent for 47 units on Bensham Lane Thornton Heath. After agreeing terms on this site we had to overcome unusual issues as we discovered a right of way across the site and a sub-station which vendor did not realise was even on their site. However we re-planned the project to suit the housing association (Optivo) and create enough value in the land and construction to enable the project to progress.
