1.8MThe scheme was designed fronting Cargreen Road, where we also built the 3 Cargreen Road houses to the rear, on previously contaminated land. We bought the site with planning consent in place, requiring us to meet strict environmental standards on cleansing the land prior to development. The final design utilised some of the character of surrounding residences, adding value to the community.
