The site, formally used as a fireplace factory, had struggled to secure planning with a previous developer. Bramble agreed terms with the vendor to purchase the site, subject to achieving planning consent. The scheme was designed to be fully compliant with the housing association’s requirements, whilst also meeting the needs of the housing corporation, ensuring the project was fully funded from the start. With good experience of the local planning climate, we built the right team of architects and planning consultants to secure consent and deliver the scheme.
