5MAn original scheme for this site had failed to obtain planning consent with a previous developer. Bramble stepped in to improve the scheme, securing planning consent at local level for a scheme delivering 13 family houses. Amongst the inventory, 7 units will be marketed as private residences, under Hexagon’s private development arm Horniman. This will be Hexagon’s first venture into private residential development.
